Today, I will remain in the moment. I promise myself this. I will laugh more than I had yesterday and share more smiles with the world. I will no longer worry over things that aren't in my control. Today I will perform good deeds, and converse with a complete stranger. I will write on napkins, instead of letting my thoughts pass through my mind undocumented. Today, I will take more time to read, spending less time daydreaming. Today I will extend my love to someone who is in need of it. Today I will remain grateful. I will live today as if this were it.
