onehundredninetythree.

Criticism. Listen to it, always. At times, it's just that something you need to hear. When it isn't, disregard it. Too often we go from one extreme to another, shutting ourselves off from criticism completely, while at others, taking in too much of it. But now I've found that there's a line between being completely apathetic and immersing myself into much too deep in what others may think of me. The key to this is to always consider disagreements and disapproval that people may shoot your way. Take the truth in and leave the rest out. If someone says something that could help you better yourself, its obviously a good thing. & If it comes with petty fault finding, nobody told you that you had to take those parts to heart.
Stop waiting for your turn to speak and take some time to listen. You might learn something wonderful.
